Zoono Z71: The Safe and Effective Way to Shield Against Viruses

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there is little that has been in demand so much as PPE and sanitisation products. Here at Anderson Trade, ever-committed to responding to customer demand, we have added a number of lines to our range, including a product proven to protect surfaces by stopping viruses in their tracks.

Zoono Z71, when applied to surfaces using a sprayer or fogger, or simply by wiping, will protect the area from re-infection for extended periods of time. The major advantage with this product is that it works by physically altering virus cells, rendering them unable to mutate so that superbugs are kept at bay. This means no need for chemicals, alcohol or poisons, so it’s environmentally sound and gentle for humans and animals.

How does Zoono Z71 work?

Zoono Z71 technology works by leaving behind a mono-molecular layer. This permanently bonds to surfaces, creating an antimicrobial barrier formed of positively charged microscopic ‘pins’. These pins attract negatively charged pathogens, piercing them and rupturing their cell walls. This results in the pathogens breaking up so that they are unable to mutate.

The antimicrobial layer remains effective for extended periods. You can even carry on cleaning normally without disrupting the layer or its activity.

What ingredients does Zoono Z71 contain?

One of the most appealing selling points of Zoono Z71 is that it contains no toxic ingredients whatsoever. It is made from a simple concoction of purified, deionised water, together with an antimicrobial compound.

The compound is a commonly used antibacterial agent known as Quaternary Ammonium Compound. It’s widely found in the likes of cosmetics, soaps, toothpaste and contact lens products. The power though lies within the product’s technology which allows Zoono to remain active and go on eliminating pathogens for extended periods.

Where can Zoono Z71 be used?

Because Zoono is non-toxic, it can be used anywhere. From offices and public buildings through to warehouses and manufacturing lines; homes; hospitals and other medical environments; vehicles; aeroplanes and anywhere else there may be a risk of infection.

How is Zoono Z71 different to regular disinfectant products?

A regular liquid disinfectant only works on wet surfaces. As soon as the disinfectant has dried, or wiped away, it loses its power to eliminate any newly introduced harmful bacteria. So, within one to two hours, surfaces return to the contaminated state they were in before the disinfectant was applied. Zoono is different because it continues to provide protection against pathogens for an extended period of time.

Are there any other products in the Zoono range?

Yes! Zoono also produces an alcohol-free, moisturising hand sanitiser, available in a convenient-to-carry 50ml bottle and also a 5 litre option. This product is proven to kill 99.99 per cent of germs whilst providing an effective shield on the skin which goes on protecting against bugs for an extended period. Suitable for sensitive skin and dermatologically tested.
